Here you’ll find instructions on how to obtain the Swedish business registration number. You will need it when you apply for the insurance agreement wih Fora, when you register an administrator for Mina sidor (My pages) and when you contact Fora’s customer service.

My pages are partly intended for private individuals covered by the Avtalspension SAF-LO Collective Pension Insurance, and partly for companies with insurance agreements arranged via Fora.

To get access to Mina sidor (My pages), the company needs to register a main administrator. Only one person can be main administrator. The main administrator can add administrators as a means of giving other people at your company the authority to access to Mina sidor.

It is very important that you differentiate between manual workers, non-manual workers and the self-employed. Categorising errors have consequences for both pensions and insurance cover. Please note that the managing director/CEO can be a non-manual worker, manual worker or self-employed.

If at any time you have earned money towards SAF-LO collective pension insurance (Avtalspension SAF-LO)  you  will receive an annual pension statement from Fora. 

Foreign companies with temporary operations are defined as operations which are intended to be conducted in Sweden for a period of no more than 12 months. The time period is counted from the date on which the company commences operations in Sweden.

Every year, your employer pays a premium into your occupational pension. It is called Avtalspension SAF-LO, Collective pension insurance and is a pension that you receive in addition to your basic state pension.

Den totala lönesumman för tjänstemän rapporteras en gång per år, i januari. Om avtal tecknats separat för företagets ägare, via Företagares egen försäkring, ska inkomsten rapporteras en gång per år, mellan januari och april. Vd:s lön rapporteras olika beroende på om vd räknas som tjänsteman, arbetare eller företagare.

An insurance agreement can be signed using a paper form and, for some companies, through an e-service. Once the agreement has been signed, the company will receive a confirmation by post. You will need to state your Swedish business registration number in the application.
