When you, as an employer, report pay for manual workers each month, Fora can generate an invoice with the final cost for their occupational pension and insurance. Every other month, costs for Part-time pension allocation, Extra pension allocation and federation fees are also invoiced - if these are included in your company's collective agreement. These costs are included in the monthly invoice.
The first part includes all necessary administrative details: amounts, due date, bank giro number, and the invoice reference to be used when making the payment.
The second part, the invoice specification, shows a breakdown of the costs, grouped into pension costs, collectively agreed insurances, federation fees, and other charges, such as any late payment fees. One invoice may include multiple specifications if more than one month´s information was reported before the invoicing date.
The cost of the insurances included in the insurance agreement is a fixed per cent of your employees’ pay. Different insurances have different percentages and they vary from year to year.
For the costs the company has for Avtalspension SAF-LO and supplementary pension premiums, a special payroll tax on pension costs (Särskild löneskatt, SLP) is paid. On the monthly invoice, these costs are grouped under the heading Pensionskostnader (Pension costs). Information is available at Skatteverket, the Swedish Tax Agency.
The detailed costs report provides an opportunity for verification and can be used as a basis for showing employees which premiums have been paid in during the month. It can also be used to create accounting entries, for example by adding a cost centre in your excel sheet. The report is i formats Excel or CSV.
