with temporary operations in Sweden
Foreign companies with temporary operations in Sweden can sign insurance agreements with Fora.
Temporary operations are defined as operations that are intended to be carried out in Sweden for a period of no more than 12 months. The 12-month period is calculated from the date on which the company commences operations in Sweden.
Please submit the Cancellation of insurance agreement form as soon as your operations in Sweden have ceased. If the company continues to operate in Sweden after 12 months, its operations will no longer be temporary. In that case, the standard rules and procedures will apply.
Pay should be reported monthly for employees with Avtalspension SAF-LO, Collective pension insurance (normally manual workers).
It is very important that you differentiate between manual workers, non-manual workers and the self-employed.
The insurance agreement covers all employees. The cost of the agreement is based on employee pay. Pay for manual workers must be reported to Fora every month
