The insurance agreement remains in effect even if the company no longer has any employees.
If you no longer wish to keep the insurance agreement, it must be cancelled. In some cases, Fora may require a certificate from the trade union confirming that the collective agreement no longer applies.
If the company chooses to keep the insurance agreement, it will include Work injury insurance (TFA) for the company’s owner. The base premium for the insurance agreement is 1,000 kr and invoiced retroactively, once a year.
If the company has previously employed non-manual workers, the preliminary payroll amounts may need to be updated so that the invoice reflects the company’s actual paid pay.
