Company signs a collective agreement

If the company already has an insurance agreement through Fora and signs a collective agreement, the cost of the insurance agreement will be affected.

Fora receives information from the employers’ association or trade union that the company is covered by a collective agreement. The insurance agreement is updated with the new information.

If the company becomes a member of an employers’ association, certain insurance premiums may be lower. However, there are often also additional fees and supplementary pension premiums included in the collective agreement.

In some cases, Fora will need information on a new payroll total for a specific category of employees. In such cases, the company will receive a letter requesting the payroll total.

The costs of the various insurances included in the insurance agreement are listed in the price list.
