By assigning all manual workers the marking (uppmärkning), Fora knows who is covered by a supplementary pension premium. The premiums for Part-time pension allocation and Extra pension allocation is calculated based on the monthly reported pay. This means no separate marking or reporting is required.

Normally, payments to the Avtalspension SAF-LO Collective Pension stop when an employee turns 65.
