Fora is switching to monthly management of collectively agreed insurances. The transition from annual to monthly procedures will take place in stages. Payrolls that are paid out in 2023 will be reported as usual in January 2024. Thereafter, the payrolls of manual workers are to be reported monthly.

General Terms and Conditions for the use of Mina sidor (My Pages).
My Pages are partly intended for private individuals covered by the Avtalspension SAF-LO Collective Pension Insurance, and partly for companies with insurance agreements arranged via Fora.
These General Terms and Conditions apply between Fora AB, corp. ID no. 556541–8356, SE-101 56 Stockholm ("Fora") and private individuals and companies ("Customer") who use Fora’s electronic service “Mina sidor (My Pages)”.
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the use of My Pages. Mina sidor (My Pages) are partly intended for private individuals covered by the SAF-LO Collective Pension Insurance, and partly for companies with insurance agreements arranged via Fora.
Definitions
Customer: Private individual covered by the Avtalspension SAF-LO Collective Pension Insurance occupational pension and companies with insurance agreements arranged via Fora.
Main Administrator: A natural person who is authorised by an authorised company signatory to act in the company’s name on My Pages by logging in with e-ID. The main administrator may be employed by the company to which the assignment relates, by another company within the same group/organisation or be an external representative.
Administrator: A natural person who is authorised by the main administrator to act on My Pages in the company’s name in a limited capacity by logging in with e-ID.
Signing up for the Mina sidor (My Pages) service
The Customer signs up for the Mina sidor (My Pages) service when the Customer accesses and accepts these General Terms and Conditions upon first log in to My Pages.
Access to Mina sidor (My Pages) is obtained by logging in via Fora’s public website.
2.1 Approved security solutions
2.1.1 Customers who are private individuals can log into Mina sidor (My Pages) using e-ID. Customers who are a company can log in using e-ID or Expisoft (former Steria) e-Service Identification.
2.2 The terms and conditions for the use of the e-ID are regulated in the agreement entered into between the e-ID holder and the e-ID issuer. The holder also undertakes to comply with the issuer’s terms and conditions when using Mina sidor (My Pages).
2.3 Authorisation requirements
It is required that private customers not have administrators under the Swedish Parental Code. It is required that companies not be bankrupt and that they have registered a main administrator with Fora.
2.4 Login with e-ID – Company
2.4.1 The main administrator or administrator who logs into Mina sidor (My Pages) is representing the Company. The Company guarantees that such administrators are authorised to use Mina sidor (My Pages) and provide information on behalf of the Company. The Company is responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted to Fora via Mina sidor (My Pages).
2.4.2 The company signatory adds or changes the main administrator on the appropriate form or via e-service at fora.se.
2.4.3 The main administrator and administrators must ensure that no unauthorised persons can use their e-identification to access Mina sidor (My Pages).
2.5 Login with e ID – Employees
2.5.1 Via the My Pages service, private individuals can view and make changes to the SAF-LO Collective Pension Insurance pension premiums paid by employers.
2.5.2 Private individuals must ensure that no unauthorised person can use their e-identification to access Mina sidor (My Pages).
3.1 The Mina sidor (My Pages) service is available to Customers who have accepted these General Terms and Conditions and who have a valid security solution.
3.2 Fora reserves the right to close down Mina sidor (My Pages) due to maintenance, downtime or other disruptions caused by a third party.
4.1 Fora is only liable for direct damage caused by Fora acting negligently. As such, Fora is not liable for indirect damage or loss.
4.2 Fora is never liable for damage that occurs as a result of the Customer failing to observe these General Terms and Conditions or the instructions that apply to the use of My Pages.
4.3 Fora is not responsible for services provided by other companies, such as the provision of e-identification or similar.
4.4 Fora is not liable for damage due to circumstances beyond Fora’s control, such as legal orders, government measures, natural disasters, fire, flooding, acts of war, lockouts, strikes, boycotts and blockades or other similar events. The reservation concerning strikes, lockouts, boycotts and blockades also applies if Fora itself takes or is the subject of such action.
5.1 In the event of suspicious use of the service or if the Customer breaches these General Terms and Conditions, Fora reserves the right to block the Customer from Mina sidor (My Pages).
5.2 If the Customer dies, is declared bankrupt/liquidated, or if an administrator is appointed under the Swedish Parental Code and Fora receives information about this, Fora has the right to immediately block the Customer from the Mina sidor My Pages) service.
5.3 Fora has the right to immediately block the Customer’s access to Mina sidor My Pages) if Fora deems it necessary on the grounds of technical, security or other legal grounds to protect Fora’s, the Customer’s or a third party’s interest.
6.1 The tasks, instructions and information that you as a Customer undertake and submit on Mina sidor (My Pages), such as choice of insurance company and/or transfer of pension capital, are irrevocable and cannot be reversed unless permitted by Fora’s ordinary rules. This means that if an authorised/unauthorised person accesses your Mina sidor (My Pages) account, logged in with your credentials, and performs actions, these may carry the same validity as if you performed them yourself.
Fora is responsible for ensuring that the necessary security levels for Mina sidor (My Pages) are maintained.
Mina sidor (My Pages), the public website, and the Fora brand, are owned by Fora and are protected by applicable copyright law. This means that reproduction, distribution or changes to the copyrighted material cannot lawfully take place without Fora’s consent. However, this does not prevent the pages from being printed for personal use or saved on a personal computer.
Fora is responsible for ensuring that personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation. Information about how personal data is processed in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions can be found on Fora’s public website.
10.1 Fora reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions, the content of Mina sidor (My Pages) and the technical conditions for using the service at any time. Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions shall be effective for the Customer from the thirtieth (30) day after Fora notified of the amendment, unless authorities, legislation or special reasons necessitate a shorter period of time.
10.2 Notification of changes to the General Terms and Conditions is provided on Fora’s public website.
These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Swedish law. Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these General Terms and Conditions shall be settled by a Swedish court of law.
