Monthly reporting

Fora is switching to monthly management of collectively agreed insurances. The transition from annual to monthly procedures will take place in stages. Payrolls that are paid out in 2023 will be reported as usual in January 2024. Thereafter, the payrolls of manual workers are to be reported monthly.

Companies without collective agreement

The insurance agreement that a company signs with Fora is a complete package of collectively agreed insurances. 

Companies without collective agreements can take out insurances and occupational pensions for their employees via Fora.

The collectively agreed insurances and occupational pension that are included in the insurance agreement give your employees comprehensive protection that covers most working-life situations, such as illness, injury or parental leave.

Report final payroll statement for 2023

Final payroll statement for 2023 should be reported between January 2 and 31. You do this on Mina sidor (My pages), via link "Tidigare årsrapporter".

New 2024: Monthly reporting

Fora is switching to monthly management of collectively agreed insurances. Starting in February 2024 the payrolls of manual workers are to be reported monthly. Fora will send an e-mail notification to your Main administrator when it is time for you to start using the new e-services for monthly reporting.

Fora administers SAF-LO Collective Pension Insurance and the collectively agreed insurances.

Registration of Main Administrator

To get access to Mina Sidor (My pages), the company needs to register a main administrator. This is done by completing a form.
