Monthly reporting

Fora is switching to monthly management of collectively agreed insurances. The transition from annual to monthly procedures will take place in stages. Payrolls that are paid out in 2023 will be reported as usual in January 2024. Thereafter, the payrolls of manual workers are to be reported monthly.

Form used by foreign companys with temporary operations in Sweden to cancel the insurance agreement.

Important information when you cease to operate in Sweden

When you cease to operate in Sweden, you need to do the following:

  1. If you are bound by a collective agreement, you first need to cancel this and submit the confirmation letter from the trade union to us.
  2. Cancel your insurance agreement by sending us the form “Termination of Insurance Agreement”. Please note that you cannot cancel the agreement by ceasing to pay the invoices. Include certificate proving authorized signatory, please.
  3. Report final payroll details for the period covered by the insurance agreement.
